Silicone Injection Molding

Silicone injection molding runs liquid or solid silicone rubber into a heated mold, where it cures into a flexible, heat- and chemical-resistant part. We run LSR (liquid silicone rubber) for high-volume medical and consumer parts and HCR for larger molded goods — and we overmold silicone onto plastic or metal in the same tool where the design calls for it.
