What We Do
MOLDITQUICK was built around one idea: a plastic part should move through design review, tooling, molding and finishing without changing hands between suppliers. That is why our factory combines every step of the chain — mold making, injection molding, CNC machining, metal stamping and surface finishing — in a single 10,000 m² facility.
Our machine park is built for precision and flexibility: 18 horizontal Sodick injection machines from 40 to 100 tonnes and 3 vertical machines from 45 to 120 tonnes for insert molding, plus 9 wire EDM machines and 4 additional EDM units, and 20 Aida high-speed stamping presses. CNC work holds ±0.005 mm, and insert positioning holds ±0.02 mm — numbers we verify on the floor, not just on the quote.
With 280 employees across tooling, molding, stamping and QC, we run both low-volume programs (7–12 day lead times) and mass production (25–30 days), shipping worldwide.

Why MOLDITQUICK
Most overseas buyers choose a factory for price and stay for reliability. We designed our process around reliability: every project starts with a written DFM review that flags draft, gate, sink and tolerance issues before steel is cut; every mold is tried, measured and sampled in our own shop before production; and every shipment leaves with dimensional inspection data. That is why we can hold CNC tolerances to ±0.005 mm, insert placement to ±0.02 mm, and still quote low-volume runs in 7–12 days.
