Custom Injection Molding
One factory for injection molding, mold making, CNC machining and rapid prototyping. From free DFM review to mass production, every step is controlled under one roof in our 10,000㎡ certified plant.
Our Manufacturing Services
Six in-house processes cover your project from the first prototype to full-volume production — injection molding, mold making, CNC machining, rapid prototyping, die casting and low-volume production, all under one roof.
Injection Molding
Standard, two-shot, insert and overmolding — custom plastic parts from prototype to millions of pieces, molded and inspected in one factory.
Learn moreMold Making
In-house tool shop with Sodick EDM and wire cutting: mold design, DFM, steel-safe tooling and physical T1 trial samples before production.
Learn moreCNC Machining
Precision 3-axis to 5-axis CNC machining for mold components, jigs and functional prototypes in metal and plastic.
Learn moreRapid Prototyping
Functional prototypes in days — rapid tooling and validation runs that prove your design before production steel is cut.
Learn moreDie Casting
Aluminum and zinc die casting for structural and thermal parts, finished with CNC machining and surface treatment in-house.
Learn moreLow Volume Production
Production runs from hundreds to tens of thousands of parts with 7–12 day lead times, full material traceability and PPAP support.
Learn moreWhy Choose MOLDITQUICK
A single certified factory replaces the usual supplier chain — one quote, one quality standard, one accountable team from DFM to delivery.
Certified Quality

How fast will I get a quote and DFM feedback?
Upload your 3D CAD file and you get a detailed quotation plus a free design-for-manufacturing review within 24 hours — draft angles, wall thickness, gate and weld-line locations, tolerance recommendations and cost-saving suggestions.
What are your lead times?
Low-volume production runs ship in 7–12 days, and mass production programs in 25–30 days. Tooling lead time is confirmed with your quotation and depends on complexity, cavity count and steel grade.
Do you build molds in-house?
Yes. Our tool shop designs and machines molds in-house — Sodick EDM, 13 wire EDM machines and 20 Aida presses — and we mold physical T1 trial samples for your approval before any production run.
What materials do you support?
More than 30 engineering materials: ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PA (nylon), POM, PBT, PPS, PEI, PMMA, PP, TPU, LSR silicone and more, plus aluminum and zinc alloys for die casting.
What certifications does the factory hold?
IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001. We support PPAP, IMDS and full material traceability for automotive and medical programs, with first article inspection and CMM measurement on every project.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via air and sea freight, with export packing, customs documentation and delivery tracking handled by our team.
